Store person/Forklift operator

We are seeking a Store person / Forklift operator to join our client based in Dandenong.

Our client specialises in advanced surface treatment and conditioning chemistries tailored for galvanizers, powder coaters, electroplaters, and anodizers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and blend chemical products according to production schedules
• Package and label goods accurately for dispatch
• Help out with production, bottling, capping, wrapping.
• Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move stock and materials
• Handle, store, and segregate chemicals safely in compliance with OH&S regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized production and warehouse area
• Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team

About You

• Forklift License (Counterbalance) – essential
• Previous experience in warehousing, production, or manufacturing (chemical or pharmaceutical experience highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to safety, particularly around chemical handling and PPE use
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience desirable
